Oна является лауреатом Областного конкурса фортепианных исполнителей в России. В Лондоне имеет трёхлетний опыт педагогической работы с детьми от 5-ти лет. Преподаёт музыку в школе северного Лондона Gower House School. The North London Russian School was set up and is run by Natalia Victorovna Kouznetsova, musicologist and teacher, published composer and mother of two bilingual children.
N.V.Kouznetsova has many years experience teaching children of Russian extraction. She understands well the educational needs of London-based children who have one or more Russian-speaking parents.
N.V.Kouzentsova studied at the Astrakhan Conservatoire where she was later a lecturer, as well as being Senior Music Editor to the Astrakhan Region Philharmonic Society before taking up a Fellowship at the Russian Academy of Music in Moscow. She wrote a large number of articles about musical performance and teaching published in the Russian media, including three articles in academic journals about the interaction between different arts. She is currently employed by Haringey Council as a piano teacher in schools in Muswell Hill and Highgate.
Natalia's music for children has been published by Full Pitcher, the online educational publisher (www.fullpitcher.co.uk/nataliak.htm). The book of her compositions and arrangements was published by Full Pitcher in 2010. She is currently preparing four books of music for a Swiss publisher and American distributor as well as working on other musical composition projects.
In the school, N.V.Kouznetsova teaches music (including singing traditional children's and folk songs) and natural studies and Russian history in culture and arts.
Music is also taught by Ekaterina Leonidovna Nikonorova.
Russian language, literature and handwriting are taught by Nina Rodionovna Drobysevskaya, Iryna Vasilievna Borodulina, Nadezhda Dmitrievna Ivanova and Inna Anatolievna Guseva. Oksana Vladimirovna Fadejeva is a teaching assistant.

Iryna Borodulina is an experienced teacher and philologist. She graduated from the Odessa State University with the qualifications of philologist and teacher of Russian as a foreign language. During the last 14 years she has been preparing children in London secondary schools for Russian GCSE exams.
Nadezhda Ivanova is an experienced teacher and philologist. She graduated from Belorussian State University as philologist and teacher. She also studied in the Liepaja Academy of Pedagogy and qualified as basic school English language teacher. She has 16 years professional experience of teaching Russian to bilingual children, both in Latvia and London.
Inna Guseva is a teacher, psychologist and methodologist with a degree in teaching and psychology from the Latvian Pedagogical University, Liepaja, Latvia. Inna is fluent in four languages (Russian, English, Latvian and Ukrainian) and has been specifically trained in bilingual teaching.
Ekaterina Nikonorova is a music teacher and a performing pianist who studied at the Astrakhan Conservatoire. She is a laureate of Regional contest of the piano Masters in Russia. Ekaterina Nikonorova teaches music in Gower House School in North London. She performs regularly as soloist as well as a member of the chamber ensemble Reverie (www.reverie-chamber.com) and as an accompanist (www.piano4you.co.uk)
Oksana Vladimirovna Fadejeva is a teaching assistant. She helps in younger classes throughout the day. She is very reliable, carering and nice with children.
